3. Provenance and Legal Framework of Cultural Heritage

Pieces from private collections are incorporated according to the documentary information provided by their owners, who declare their acquisition through legal channels in force at the time of their entry into the market.

Some of the pieces mentioned are part of museum collections established before 1900.

The publication of pieces does not imply any pronouncement regarding their legal status in accordance with:

UNESCO Convention of 1970

This website does not participate in sales transactions nor does it act as an intermediary in transactions involving cultural property.



4. Use of images and reproduction rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the images included on this website have been taken by the author (©Javier Uriach) in museums, public or private collections, or come from public domain sources or with appropriate licenses.

When photographs have been taken in museum institutions, their origin is expressly indicated. These images have been obtained with the appropriate authorization.
